Shipping Information
Orders for in
stock items received before noon (Central Time) will ship same day
(with the exception of weekends and holidays). Shipping for U.S.
orders will be via UPS Ground or Priority Mail unless otherwise
requested. Overnight and express shipping available, call or e-mail
for details and pricing. Please allow additional time to receive
order around holidays.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders e-mail for shipping information
will be your choice in which carrier will deliver merchandise.
Returns
All shipments
must be checked immediately upon receipt. Any return notifications
must be made within10 days of item being received. All returns must
be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a return
authorization# given by one of our customer service personnel.
Shipping charges incurred due to the return of merchandise are the
responsibilities of the customer. Some items may ordered from
manufacturer and must be returned to manufacturer Credit will be
issued upon return
of merchandise to either us or manufacturer. There is a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise
that is returned by customer due to ordering wrong product. Any
transaction fees are not refundable. Shipping cost are also
nonrefundable.
Backorders
All items out of
stock will be backordered up to 30 days if part of order is in stock
we will ship those items and will ship backordered items on day
items are received. Will be notified of any out of stock items.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard,
Novus/Discover, American Express, Money Order or C.O.D. (add $8.50
C.O.D. fee).
C.O.D.'s are shipped by U.P.S. only!

You may also send
payment by mail you can simply fill out the
order form
and send payment to us. Please include proper postage and
information on where to ship order all checks will be held 7
business days before order is shipped.
